A few days ago I talked about the Mysterious variable that empties your venue and neutralizes your marketing
These days, however, I am sad, sad to see how many companies are being affected by a putrescent plague.
The entrepreneur runs toward it convinced that it is the solution to his every ill but then gets burned....
I am talking about trainers and "pseudo" consultants.
The market is full of them.
whichever is more.
All "crooks" or nearly so, a real clique, intent on parading money to the entrepreneur on duty like you by promising profits here and profits there.
An inconvenient truth that someone had to tell.
And no I'm not crazy, of course I'm part of the consultants too.
Today ANYONE can find some solution to propose to you.
There are tons of improvements to bring in the gastronomy.
And it is very true that if you take action on the many things that are talked about:
You will get some initial result and benefit.
I mean between doing nothing and adopting some changes some things come out of it.
So you may wonder:
<>
...The problem is that most are intent on talking to you about how to do marketing or how to manage finances for example in an "ideal, "utopian" context without problems, without difficulties without inconveniences.
They tell you come, learn and apply my fantastic solution. It will work.
But then they gloss over what is-especially at the beginning of a growth project-the most important thing.
That is, you and your company.
More importantly, the situation you are in.
They focus on the things they do best, their method, and they want you to pay to apply their system to your work. - Call them dumb. -
As much as they chatter on, about the supposed problems you have that they can solve, in the end they are always there talking about them, how it worked out how many good results they got, but the numbers they come up with are often off.
You just don't pay attention to it.
And you also don't notice that the testimonials they have are almost all people incredibly in the gambit who were already successful. Or people with a tremendous amount of money at their disposal who set up empires in a short time.
What about the struggling small businessman like you? where is he?
Of course, I also created my own method.
But it is not applicable by everyone and it is not for everyone, but most importantly it is NOT a system that YOU can apply yourself.
If you and your company have the requirements I can help you, I can apply my method to your company, otherwise NO, it cannot be done.
My method cannot work miracles.
I cannot even ask you to assimilate concepts that for me took years and that I am still studying and deepening, in just a few days of training.
So it is utopian to say:
<>
The truth is that most of the trainers/consultants around around don't give a damn about your needs and how you work, the problems you have and the difficulties.
They ignore what is important to you and your business.
They care that you participate in their courses, so they take your money and then who cares if you will be able to apply.
Nor could they do otherwise since they work doing courses with dozens or hundreds of people, they can't help you directly, their course is the same for everyone, it is standard.
This implies that you will have twice as much work to do, because first you will have to squeeze your brains to understand what they are explaining to you and then you will have to try to apply it to your business.
And you have to do it by weeding yourself out because they are often NOT in the business, they are not from this industry.
Or, you have to shell out mind-boggling amounts of money (which in most most cases you don't have) and seek private counseling. - Call them dumb twice times -
It is true that if you have no capital to invest, you cannot claim anything, since you don't work for glory and everything revolves around money.
But that should make you realize how little they care about you unlike your money.
How little they care about improving your situation.
They are there for your money.
None of them wonder why out of hundreds of thousands of premises, I have only a few hundred customers.
No one turns around and notices the thousands of entrepreneurs imprisoned in work, who should be helped to develop a strategy that will free them and finally lead them to their deserved success.
So what YOU should ask yourself before counseling or a course is:
If you can't attend these courses, and you don't have time to apply what you would learn how can you restore the company?
You simply cannot.
Practically no one, though, takes that into account and no one looks at what level you and your company are at on a hypothetical scale of "building success."
No one REALLY explains to you how it works. Everyone wants to convince you that their method is the solution.
But how do they do it if they don't know what problems you have and what your your business is based on?
And that is why I with my method before I can help you scientifically sell something, I have to study and analyze your situation and then together decide how to act.
Therefore, I ask you to fill out a form with lots of questions.
It would be impossible to give you a concrete solution and apply it myself first without really knowing your problems.
Of course I could give you advice that could be applied immediately and that could be can be adapted in all contexts.
But precisely they remain advice that may be more or less effective depending on your situation.
You would get results from it yes, but it would not be the solution.
So how does it really work?
Let's find out right now...
Let us first analyze at what point on the ladder of construction of success you are.
What is the ladder of success building?
The ladder of building success is nothing more than a path that your company must take in steps and steps, step by step to reach the pinnacle of success.
But how is this path divided?
Step 1: Design and construction of the business idea.
Step 2: Business development and implementation
Step 3: Business startup and optimization
Step 4: Maintaining and updating the business
Step 5: Potential growth toward expansion or sale.
Step 6: Selling the business or opening a new location.
Each step contains several steps before you can move on to the next.
The following scale then allows me to understand how much work there is to be done in your company and how complex it is
(In this article for the time being I will focus on STEP 1) ...
...In an ideal world, in Step 1: design and construction of the business idea.
They should lay the foundation for EVERYTHING, from the product to the organization financial, to marketing.
So it should be done time before opening.
Unfortunately, in the real world this is not the case.
We immediately start with step 2 and then throw ourselves hastily toward step 3 without, however, engaging in optimization.
because at the end of the day how do you optimize something that is not designed!!!
Most of the time one has no idea what to do precisely because NOTHING has been planned beforehand.
Is it true or not? You know you have to keep producing the product that you're so good at, or you hire a bunch of people in bulk hoping that they're capable in the job they're going to have to fill, you give them a few pointers and you move on...
...But you're not really going anywhere.
Instead of moving forward you are stalled in a cursed limbo, a prison, always there working your square ass off hours and hours with no results worthy of note.
You always think sooner or later my moment of glory will come If I keep going on like this, working my tail off.
Sorry, I break your feeble hope. It will not be so.
If i a stalemate, stalemate due to a lack of planning and organization, a lack of future vision.
Of course if you are smart a little growth you will see it and you will you will see it.
Maybe in the context of a business in a small town where you have little competition, it all seems easier.
This is physiological because your business is either new or it is historical and has an established name.
But run out of novelty or time for some new competitor to open. and you're lucky if you always survive on the edge, imprisoned in the work.
Otherwise you simply FAIL.
Whereas in a big city setting with all the competition you have
the only step forward you will take is one of failure--every day is one day closer to failure to the loss of everything.
Imagine every debt you have remaining on your shoulders that will will take away even your dignity.
family crumbling under the difficulties, your wife leaves you.
your children hate you.
Friends avoid you.
you going crazy and having palpitations from anxieties and worries, you are under a bridge maybe or forced to be housed by someone.
No, I am not exaggerating.
That's the way it goes.
Count that according to official statistics from the fipe (Italian federation of public establishments), more than 25,700 establishments close in a year and only 13,985 open a sadly negative balance.
Among one of those 25,700 businesses closing down could be you, even if you have yet to open.
Small businesses are family realities, maybe you yourself have opened or will open in order to feed your family and create a future, but you do so without, however, worrying about the business itself whether it will have a future or not.
Yours in practice most likely is a reasoning as an employee, I make the company and then I just go into it and work without worrying about how to do things, how to organize them, and toward what goals go to.
I just know that I want to work and earn money.
Then as it goes, it goes.
I understand you, and it is honorable for you to want to go through it all alone leading a business for your family, but precisely you are leading a business you are not an employee.
And with such responsibility you cannot afford to gloss over or do things haphazardly, as it goes, it will work out sooner or later.
In a business, things GO well ONLY and only if you move with organization and full mastery of what you are doing. Otherwise it's just entrepreneurial suicide.
FAILURE.
It is the word that you find printed on your papers and in your mind.
How to avoid it?
So In these cases how to restore or revive a company that started off on the wrong foot?
The only way is to engage the part that was not done in the upstream, namely design.
A design from "scratch" with work already started and slowly adjust and optimize everything, so as to spread out to scale the various stages of the cds (success building) ladder.
The "re-"design from scratch involves what?
It involves taking up all the steps of the cds ladder and reviewing them one by one as far as one is stuck.
I'll give you the CDS scale below so it stays in your mind
Step 1: Design and construction of the business idea.
Step 2: Business development and implementation
Step 3: Business startup and optimization
Step 4: Maintaining and updating the business
Step 5: Potential growth toward expansion or sale.
Step 6: Selling the business or opening a new location.
As the first STEP in Step 1, it should first be understood.
In order to best understand it, analysis and research must be carried out market by also studying potential competitors in the area.
SECOND STEP Then you design the financial strategy and how to best manage finances, with the help of a CFO or expert (making sure that he or she is really an expert)
THIRD STEP you create marketing strategies suited to the available finances. To boost customer acquisition.
As you can see they are in an order that cannot vary.
You can't start to fix marketing as so many are urging you to are pushing you to do if you are not first clear on what to sell to whom to sell it and how to sell it and how much to invest.
Yes of course you already sell a little bit of everything to whoever falls into your place, or do you plan to sell or do you sell specific products like pizza or for example ice cream.
If you answer only one of these questions with a no, STEP 1 is not yet completed. If you have gone through the steps and steps you have definitely some problems.
This is because you skipped some step/step and did not properly designed your company, your product, and so on.
For example, if you do not take "maniacal" care of the product you will never be sure of customer loyalty.
You have to keep in mind that in an industry where people EAT AND TASTE your products, you cannot underestimate the product unlike unlike how many marketers or many jugglers of the finance.
He thinks the best marketing masters say:
"assumed that the product is great. The marketing is most important" ...
... "assumed that the product is great" ...
Is your product really great or better yet really unique?
Does it provide the customer with a unique taste experience?
To get an answer to these questions try this checklist
If you answer with a No to even one of these following questions then your product is not unique and cannot guarantee a unique unique taste experience to your customer.
As I also told you earlier if you answer no to only one of of these questions there is something wrong, you may have a product designed only half well or not at all.
If you want to have an evaluation, book the call with me ( click here) , fill out the questionnaire that will be provided and we will see together what level of design your product is at.
Remember everything can be improved. Always.
Not optimizing and structuring the product and its processes means, that it will be a constant struggle for survival, no matter how much you you can optimize finances, and refine other tools you will find yourself always hemorrhaging customers who leave without returning because of of a standardized product, the same as all the others, which will make the interest in the customer.
Or worse, the product could be lousy and create real real irreparable damage.
And it doesn't matter the experience or the years of business that you have behind you, a product to be unique and excellent today must have certain requirements and standards.
If you don't have them your experience counts for 0.
I tell you again there are steps and stages to go through in the ladder of building success, you cannot skip them.
If you have done so it can be remedied but if you persevere the goal is only one: FAILURE.
If you don't build and design your product to the best of your ability you only risk that with every marketing action you will have a stream of loss of huge customers.
Without de facto product your business cannot exist you have no you have nothing to sell and no finance to manage.
In light of this what sense does it make, without a clear idea of where you are and where you are in the cds, take and start marketing, or hire someone to manage your finances?
At the risk of throwing money at charlatans and leeches who instead of saving you from falling into the ravine of bankruptcy will push you there kicking after grabbing your money.
So what are you waiting for?
Do you want to lose everything?
Do you want to rely on some incompetent person who pretends to offer you solutions but doesn't give a damn about your problems?
Or do you want help, a right-hand man to enable you to lift yourself up and revitalize your business?
If you want to take action and win, be among the first to understand what changes to bring and differentiate yourself from the competition...
